1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services provided by Pitch Posh. By accessing our website, engaging with our services, or booking an event, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or purchase.

2. Booking and Payment Policies

• Booking Requirements: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. Your booking date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the event. If payment is not made by this deadline, Pitch Posh will not arrive on-site, and the event will be canceled without refund.

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, and payments via our secure online payment platform (e.g., PayPal). Payments made through unauthorized platforms will not be recognized.

• Late Payment Policy: Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt, unless otherwise agreed upon. If two or more invoices are left unpaid, we will no longer accept bookings from the client.

• Cancellation Policy:

• More than 2 weeks before the event: You may reschedule to the next available date, but the theme, colors, and decor must remain the same.

• Less than 48 hours before the event: Full payment is required, with no option for refund or rescheduling.

3. Use of Services and Rentals

• Rental Equipment Use:

• All stands, props, backdrops, and equipment are rental-only unless otherwise stated and must be returned in the same condition.

• If any items are lost, damaged, or not returned, repair or replacement fees will apply.

• Setup Boundaries: Once setup has begun, no changes or relocation will be made. Please confirm the setup location prior to our arrival.

• Supervision Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring children and pets are supervised around balloon installations, backdrops, and rental equipment to prevent accidents or damage.

4. Customization and Event Changes

• Customization Requests: Changes to the event setup must be requested no later than 7 days before the event. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated and could incur additional fees.

• Theme Consistency: If the event is postponed, the original design, colors, and theme must remain the same. No changes will be permitted for rescheduled events.

5. Weather and Outdoor Installations

• Weather Disclaimer: Outdoor balloon setups are affected by environmental conditions. While our decor is designed to withstand mild weather, we are not responsible for degradation due to heat, wind, or rain after setup.

• Rescheduling Due to Severe Weather: In the event of high winds, thunderstorms, or other dangerous weather, your event may be postponed to the next available date.

6. Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

• Refund Eligibility: No refunds will be issued if the setup area does not meet the required specifications, such as insufficient space or inaccessible locations.

• Unused Rentals: Clients will not receive reimbursement for any rentals that go unused due to space limitations or event changes.

7. Liability and Safety

• Client Responsibility: Once setup is complete, Pitch Posh is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during or after the event.

• Care Instructions: Clients agree to follow care instructions provided for all rentals to maintain their condition throughout the event.

8. Photo and Content Usage Policy

• Pitch Posh reserves the right to photograph all event setups for marketing purposes. Photos may be used on our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.

• If you do not wish to have your event photographed, please inform us in writing before the event.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Pitch Posh website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the intellectual property of Pitch Posh and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy Policy

11. Website Use and Content

• Website Availability: While we strive to keep our website accessible and running smoothly, we are not responsible for downtime or technical issues beyond our control.
